Preservation Biscuit Company: A Taste of the South Near Ovation at Park Crest

With the tagline, “Flour. Butter. Love,” you know you can expect some good eats from Preservation Biscuit Company. Each of the eatery’s signature biscuits is made from a special recipe created by Jonathan Coombs, the owner, retired veteran, and chef.

If you’re heading there around breakfast time, try The Brekkie with egg, cheese, tomato, pickled onions, and breakfast meats if you choose to add them. If you prefer sweets, indulge in a Jammin’ Sampler which serves up the biscuits with strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple housemade jams. Later in the day, try the savory specialties. The Prime Time features shaved prime rib, savory demi-glace mayo, swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and roasted bell pepper coulis all on one glorious biscuit sandwich.  Preservation Biscuit Company also serves indulgent sides, like three-cheese mac and cheese topped with pulled pork and jalapenos, sweet potato tots, crispy chicken with gravy, and more more choices.
