Feast on Made-From-Scratch Ramen at Santouka Tysons Corner

Santouka just opened a local branch in The Boro Tysons, but it’s been in business for many years—originally in Japan. That’s where its first chefs perfected the art of ramen-making. The chefs at the Tysons Corner Santouka follow in their footsteps, making everything from scratch in-house.

Santouka currently has options for seating in the dining room and on the patio, but you can also order online for takeout, curbside pickup, or delivery. If you’re new to ramen, go with the signature tonkotsu shio ramen. The light white broth is salty and simple, and it comes teeming with classic ramen ingredients—including, of course, freshly crafted noodles. For a more decadent bowl, the toroniku goma miso ramen brings the flavors of sesame and miso, and it comes with menma, toroniku slices, baby arugula, and kikurage mushrooms.
